Refunds & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR YARN, BOOKS or ACCESSORIES. 

We do not accept returns for error in ordering, such as colour or yarn choice.

We are more than happy to discuss your yarn requirements prior to you placing an order, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0433 388 115 during business hours, we are not available on Fridays, and we can help you to source the yarn for your project.

  • Once payment has been made, either via our website or invoice, the order is deemed to be accepted and cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available after this point for a change of mind.
  • In a circumstance where a repair, replacement, or refund is required or there is necessity for compensation for damages and loss, your case will be reviewed, and a resolution provided within the framework of consumer rights and guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Please note that compensation is not available for the loss of packages deemed ‘delivered’ by our carriers. These losses may include but are not limited to packages left when an ‘authority to leave’ is in place or an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.
