The blanket is crocheted using Overlay mosaic crochet with tapestry elements.
This technique might look very advanced, but it actually only consists of sc’s and dc’s, and is a lot easier than it looks.

The pattern consists of charts, with the first few rows written out, and the charts are available in 2 versions - a version designed for printing, and a version designed to view on tablet or computer. A chart is easy to follow when doing mosaic crochet, and I will explain to you how to do it. The chart for tablet and computer is available for both right handed and left handed crocheters.

The pattern includes a photo tutorial with a sample chart and written instructions on how to do the technique used to make the blanket, and also a photo tutorial on how to do a double border to give your blanket a beautiful finish and avoid having to sew in any ends.
