PREORDERS/BACKORDERS & SPLITTING ORDERS

Preorders/ Backorders Policy

If you place an order that is listed as PREORDER/BACKORDER item, please make note of the ESTIMATED arrival time and factor this into your delivery schedule. During checkout, the website will indicate if you have a preorder item with a pop up message. Preorder items are also indicated on the individual product pages. If you are unsure if an item is a preorder item, please do not hesitate to contact BMY to discuss, as we do not split orders. 

  • Do not include in stock items that require immediate shipment as we will NOT split orders. 
  • Preorders will be sent as soon as they arrive with BMY. 
  • If your order contains non preorder items these will be shipped once the preorder items arrive. 
  • If you are ordering in stock items that require immediate shipment use a separate cart for your preorder items. 
  • In a yarn emergency and you do require your order to be split, please contact BMY to discuss, generally an additional shipping fee will be required.
