PREORDERS

Preorders Policy

 

If you place an order that is listed as PREORDER item, please make note of the ESTIMATED arrival time and factor this into your delivery schedule. During checkout, the website will indicate if you have a preorder item with a pop up message. Preorder items are also indicated on the individual product pages. If you are unsure if an item is a preorder item, please do not hesitate to contact BMY to discuss. 

 

• Do not include in stock items that require immediate shipment as we will NOT split orders. 
• Preorders will be sent as soon as they arrive with BMY. 
• If your order contains non preorder items these will be shipped once the preorder items arrive. 
• If you are ordering in stock items that require immediate shipment use a separate cart for your preorder items. 
• In a yarn emergency and you do require your order to be split, please contact BMY to discuss, generally an additional shipping fee will be required.
