1. Is BelleMae Yarns a physical store?

No, BelleMae Yarns is online-only. We don’t have a physical shopfront or public warehouse access, but we’re always happy to help by phone, email, or social media! You can do a contactless click and collect pickup, by opting for store pickup on checkout. 

2. How quickly will my order be shipped?

We ship orders Monday–Thursday. Place your order before 1pm (AEST) and it’ll ship the same day (unless it’s a pre-order). Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day. Express orders are always prioritised and go to the top of our shipping list.

3. How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are available for selected products. Pre-order items are guaranteed to arrive within 4 weeks. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll contact you and update delivery timeframes on our website. Scheepjes preorders are generally 7 - 10 business days and Lola up to 4 weeks.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide (except the UK & USA due to duties/taxes). Shipping is via Australia Post with tracking provided.

5. Can I combine pre-order and in-stock items?

We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items for the fastest delivery. If you combine them, your order will ship when all items are available.

6. What if an item is out of stock after I order?

If there’s an inventory issue, we’ll split your order and notify you right away. No action needed on your end!

7. What’s the VIP program?

Our VIPs get early access to special releases and exclusive discounts. VIP status is offered to our customers once a set spend threshold has been reached with BMY, many of our customers have already reached VIP status or are very close, keep an eye on your inbox as we send you an email to let you know and there may even be a little surprise in there for y you!  We keep the threshold a secret, but it is your lifetime spend, it does not reset each year and once you are a VIP, you are a BMY VIP for life.

8. What’s the best way to contact you?

Email (bellemae@bellemaeyarns.com.au) is best, but you can also reach us by phone during business hours or via social media. Email is great as we can then send you any photos or links in relation to your enquiry. Emails are generally responded to the quickest at BMY. 

9. Do you offer custom yarns or special orders?

Yes! Custom Lola gradient yarns are available. Pricing is based on our wholesaler’s cost. Contact us to discuss your dream yarn.

10. Do you offer patterns or tutorials?

Currently, we don’t offer patterns or tutorials—but we love seeing what you create with our yarns! Make sure you tag us on the socials!
