About Kindsome
Scheepjes Kindsome is a wonderfully soft yarn with a revolutionary new composition. It is the first yarn in the world made from compostable polyester. With wear and during washing, fibres of garments are released. Because the special fibres of Scheepjes Kindsome consist exclusively of organic material, they are completely biodegradable, even at the end of the life of your beloved clothing item. Scheepjes Kindsome is also produced sustainably, by saving water and energy and reducing CO2 emissions. The yarn is suitable for many projects where warmth and softness are key elements: blankets, cuddly toys, baby and kids’ clothing and much more. With the handy Easy Start on every ball, it will be even easier to get started on your new project.
