The striking Scheepjes River Washed yarn range has been created in the same way as the popular Scheepjes Stone Washed, with its key difference being the coloured (rather than white) inner fibre which, like Stone Washed, is surrounded by a contrastingly coloured net. The result: a uniquely expressive Sport weight yarn with a tactile and rustic quality. Giving all projects a tough and contemporary look, Scheepjes River Washed is the ideal yarn for creating a range of wearable items that transition through the changing seasons with ease.

 This yarn is simultaneously soft, breathable, highly durable and has a wonderful woolly look & feel. It's also the perfect yarn for those with a sensitive touch looking for a wool-free alternative to wool. The Scheepjes River Washed and Stone Washed collections further pair wonderfully together, providing you with endless inspiration for upcoming projects and colour palettes.
