To celebrate BelleMae Yarns' one year anniversary, we released 2 colourways. 'Tiny Dancer' and 'Ocean Dreaming' exclusive to BelleMae Yarns.
Ocean Dreaming features sky blues, sea greens a wisp of pale blue and a breath of white in the centre. This colourway has been designed based on all the vivid blues, bright sea greens and soft tranquil clouds we get to see on a daily basis living in the picturesque Portarlington, situated on the edge of the Port Phillip Bay. With bright blue skies above (well most days, some days can be a little grey!) there is never a day that goes by that these colours do not enter the world of BelleMae Yarns. We have been inspired by the colours that fill our world and what better way to base a colourway but on the beauty of nature, she certainly knows how to paint a picture.
Lola is a handmade product from Germany. With an extensive range of gradient yarns in the collection it can make it difficult to choose just one! Lola is quite a generous stranded yarn with 1125m made from a soft and durable cotton/acrylic. Lola comes in 4ply but can also be made to custom order with different stranded combinations available on request. Each colour change is hand tied with a minuscule knot which can easily be disguised in your project, creating an effect that is soft with subtle colour changes. Lola can be used to create projects such as blankets, shawls and mandalas but just as the colour choices of Lola are endless so too are the project options. Lola also has and added personal touch with the signature of the person who hand wound the Lola signed on the product label.
Please note: Lola is made up of INDIVIDUAL threads which are NOT plied to make one thread. A 4ply Lola will have 4 individual threads.
