We use an easy-care blend of cotton and polyacrylic as the yarn.
All models are machine washable at 40°, do not scratch and have a noble, silky sheen.

In the Bobbel Boxx you get ten bobbles of 50g or 100g each in the Bobbel Boxx, which represent the ten most important sections of a color gradient. The individual balls are numbered so that you can always reach for the next color section when working on the project. The box itself, including the lid, is made of sturdy cardboard. Not only can the balls (and the project) be kept safe in it, it also serves as a ball holder while knitting or crocheting. Since the bobbles can be worked on from the inside, they don't roll around, so they can always remain clearly organized in the box.

Without question, the bobbles from the yarn manufacturer create fantastic color gradients. With the Bobbel Boxx, however, it is now possible to plan these row by row and even stitch by stitch. Even with two identical bobbles, it is not always possible to work two pieces exactly the same, for example the sleeves or the front and back of a sweater. With the individual balls of yarn in the Bobbel Boxx, however, the exact same number of rows can be worked for each color section, resulting in even color sections. The color transitions (and therefore possible knots) move from the middle of the row to the edge of the row, making it even easier to sew the thread ends together inconspicuously!

Of course, the separate balls of yarn can be used for more than just knitting pieces of clothing with the same pattern. They also allow the color gradient to run through the piece more than once. The color gradient can be worked continuously, from color 1–10 and then it starts again with color 1.

The Bobbel Boxx is particularly interesting for scarves, as it can be used to work color sections of the same width - regardless of the number of stitches. This would not be possible without wrapping the cloth.
But there are many other uses for the Bobbel Boxx:
• The individual balls of yarn can be used to knit intarsia without any further preparation.
• Individual sections when working shortened rows can be knitted in one color.
• Ring patterns can be worked with stripes of any width.
• When crocheting c2c and granny patterns, individual rows or groups of stitches can be worked with just one specific color.
• Color gradients can also be knitted and crocheted into small projects such as hats, pillows, potholders or amigurumi.
